Ullu TV was started in 2009 by Rajiv Talwar — a teacher turned journalist — to give a voice to ordinary people in Azamgarh whose stories rarely make it into mainstream coverage. The channel reports on local corruption, civic issues, and stories the bigger outlets pass over.
